Founder & Associate Director
Jean-Pierre oversees and guides the company’s vision, and overall strategic direction, with a focus on innovation (new and improved medical equipment management services) and international operational development.
He has strong expertise in the healthcare market, in financial services, process optimization, risk & asset management, remarketing, emerging market strategy and commercial excellence.
Jean-Pierre has led EMEA teams to develop and realign business strategies and led recently the business development and strategic marketing for Real Asset Management software’s for the French healthcare sector.
He worked for major companies such as GE Capital & GE Healthcare divisions, Siemens Financial Services. He has a 20 years experience in the Medical Devices & IT industry.
He is certified Leader Coach and has a Bachelor Degree in Finance. from Paris Dauphine University.
As Managing Director of the company, Christel oversees all communication, marketing events management and operational strategy. She has a rich and diversified professional experience : real estate management, used car remarketing, corporate communication, team training and healthcare customer relationship management. She has also founded and managed several companies in the past 20 years :
- “Auto Conseil & Co” in 2009 specialized in trading used cars to address the “Girly cars” market.
- “Fontaine & Associés Immobilier” in 2010 - property development.
- She worked also in the healthcare sector, working for Johnson & Johnson in the Ethicon Europe division.
She has a Master Doctorate Languages and Applied Economics in English & German
